Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for meditation.
You may wish to bring a bottle of water, a notebook and a pen.
Please feel free to arrive at 6:45pm but the meditation room will not be open until 7pm.
We will not accept any latecomers past 7:15pm. This is for energetic reasons.
Please do not knock on the door if you are later than 7:15pm.
You do not need a ticket to attend. Your name will be on the guest list.
