The term “ascension” describes an energetic uplift of the planet, yet it is largely misunderstood.In my channeled book, A Practical Guide to Ascension with Archangel Metatron, he defined it as follows:“Ascension: We [Archangel Metatron] refer to this as “personal ascension.” This is the process whereby a human purposefully takes steps to lighten his or her energy, thereby creating a collective effect on the whole of the planet.
